Job Description : Rio Tinto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full-time basis.
This position will be remote, providing the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a valuable member of our dynamic team based in Perth, Western Australia.
Responsibilities : 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.3. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall satisfaction.
8. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues.9. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer service and satisfaction.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.Requirements : 1.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Resourceful and confident personality traits.3. Strong cooperation and analysis skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
7. Prior experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not required.8. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
