Job Description : Regions Financial is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity in Perth, Western Australia.
As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within our organization is essential.
Responsibilities : 1. Provide exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.3. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing general information on our services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client queries.5. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives related to client success and satisfaction.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Demonstrated project management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.6. Must be willing to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
