Job Description : A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
As a full-time Associate-level position, the Online Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities.
