In this role, you'll:
You will provide strategic workforce planning and management solutions, develop workforce management policies and other materials, and provide expert advice aligned to the Sydney Trains change and transformational agenda.
You will be central to transitioning to a workforce of future requirements by using evidence-based analysis and insights yielded through workforce planning.
You will analyse data and reports to identify current and emerging workforce management issues, including solutions to modernise and streamline practices.
You will develop, implement and review new programs to enhance the understanding of the principles underpinning modern workforce planning and management practices.
This temporary position is up to 14 -months in a hybrid working model with flexibility to work in our Pitt Street / Elizabeth Street / Burwood offices.

About you
You will hold significant workforce planning experience in a large, complex and diverse operational organisation.
You will have in depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in ability to analyse and evaluate workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps and what initiatives are required to drive business objectives and priorities now and into the future.
You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders and project managers to drive outcomes.
