In this role, you'll:
You will provide expert change management advice and support across Sydney Trains in line with the enterprise change and transformation program of work and will support the delivery of structural, operating model, people, systems and process changes that will enable Sydney Trains to continue to deliver on its business outcomes.
You will lead the People Impact assessment of change programs and ensure appropriate sequencing and roll out of changes activities.
You will manage the development coordination, and implementation of innovative and fit for purpose change strategies and activities to build change readiness for business areas and staff impacted by change.
This temporary position is up to 14 -months in a hybrid working model with flexibility to work in our Pitt Street / Elizabeth Street / Burwood offices.
