Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for JB Hi-Fi, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in Perth, Western Australia, through remote work.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, who is energetic, resilient, adaptable, and skilled in negotiation.
Responsibilities : 1. Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for senior management.2. Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
3. Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends and competitor analysis.4. Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
5. Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for team members.6. Provide administrative support as needed, such as data entry and document preparation.
Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting platforms.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.7. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
