Job Description : Campbell Soup is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role will be based remotely in Perth, Western Australia, providing support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and possess the personality traits of confidence and drive.
Responsibilities : 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless communication.4. Assist in the development of client support strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling client information and requests.6. Provide feedback and insights to the management team on client needs and preferences.
Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Proven experience in a client support role, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity.
3. Strong planning and negotiation skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6.
