What You Will Do:
- Oversee a nea portfolio of premium properties, ensuring high standards of management and client satisfaction.
- Nurture landlord and tenant relationships, providing outstanding customer service and resolving queries promptly.
- Utilize your expertise to handle leasing, inspections, and property maintenance, optimizing occupancy rates and rental yields.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve collective success and maintain our agency's reputation for excellence.
- Must have 1-2 years of Property Management Experience
- Must have a current COR, Car & Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a motivated and driven individual
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to building lasting relationships.
