This role will see you manage 175 residential properties. This tidy portfolio has leasing, accounts, and ingoing inspections support and has no requirement for you to bring on new business. You will be supported by a very hands-on team leader to assist with any hiccups with your portfolio that naturally arise.
- Routine and outgoing inspections
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Oversee application approvals with Landlord
- Prepare for and attend NCAT with support if required
- Repair and maintenance along with manage minor renovations
- Day to day liaison with Landlords and Tenants
- Bond and insurance claims
The right candidate will have:
- 2 years managing a portfolio on your own
- OR 3+ years working under a Senior Property Manager
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and a valid drivers licence
- Knowledge of Property Tree preferable
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Full Australian work rights
