Junior Property Manager needed for a TOP agency on the Northern beaches. Monday - Friday only, support from a Senior Property Manager & Leasing team!

Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager, this role will see you responsible for working alongside a highly qualified team and within a tight knit, successful department.The Role:
- manage a small portfolio of residential properties
- Conducting Ingoings & Outgoing
- Repiars & maintenance
- Rent arrears & lease renewals
- Answering enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
The Candidate:
- 2-3 years of Property Management experience
- Certificate of registration & car
- Have great customer service skills
- Looking to join a top team with structure, support and goals to achieve success!
- Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- The ability and willingness to grow
