This is an opportunity to work alongside one of the BEST brands on the Northern Beaches. Working in a cohesive team with some of the best names in the industry – this office is the talk of the town. Currently seeking a part time Property Manager to slot into a forward thinking team, this role will see you work alongside a supportive director and team.The Role:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Manage a portfolio of roughly 25 properties
- Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Working towards KPI’s
- NO accounts, NO leasing and NO weekends
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and Drivers license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Work well in a team environment
