The Organisation:
The Wellbeing Directorate at Catholic Schools Parramatta is seeking an Administration Officer to be part of our team on a temporary part-time basis, working two days per week (preferably Thursday and Friday). This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator looking for experience working within Catholic Schools Parramatta.
As an Administration Officer, you will:

Act as a key department contact, answering and directing enquiries as they arise

Maintain accurate and accessible team data using available system tools
-
Collate team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc.

Maintain the service area or department space and physical assets
-
Undertake coordination of calendars, meetings and events
-
Provide general administrative support as required

You’ll bring to the role:

A high level of attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Experience in financial administration

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Valid Paid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
