Administration Officer VET
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an Administration Officer - VET to join us on a temporary part time (5 days per fortnight) basis. You will work as part of the Training, Compliance and Accreditation team and be accountable for providing high quality administrative support.
This position will commence ASAP and conclude at the end of 2024.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Acting as a key department contact, answering and directing enquiries as they arise

Maintaining accurate and accessible team data using available system tools

Collating team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc.

Maintaining the service area or department space and physical assets
-
Coordination of calendars, meetings and events

General administrative support as required

Occasional travel to schools within the Diocese as required
About you:
-
Experience with Vocational Education & Training (preferred)
-
Appropriate administrative experience
-
Competency in using relevant technology and adapting to new systems

Excellent verbal and written skills
-
Working with Children Check clearance or willingness to obtain
