Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to work in a tight-knit department, this is a role for someone that wants to be part of an expanding, fast-paced and successful team.

Reporting directly into a department head, you will be the backbone of support in a fast paced environment. This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
- Conducting open for inspections
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
- COMMISSIONS TO BE EARNT!
- Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License with a reliable car
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
