The Role
- Managing a portfolio local to the Inner West
- Dedicated Assistant for your portfolio
- No Ingoings, No Leasing, No Accounts, No Weekends!
- Liaising with tenants & Landlords
- Relationship Management
- Maintenance Requests
- Tribunal Hearings
- Join an Elite team in the Inner West

- Must have Property Management experience
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration/ Licence
- Highly organised, lead by example & able to work autonomously
- High attention to detail & high level of customer service
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to build & maintain new relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
