You will be managing an established and well-maintained portfolio of 205 properties with leasing support, using Property Tree and Inspection Express. Your day-to-day might look something like this:
- Managing a portfolio of approx.205 properties with a help of leasing consultant
- Liaising between landlords, tenants and trades
- Conducting market reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
- Managing arrears
- Actioning maintenance
- NCAT prep/attendance as required
- Positive team environment
- Amazing support and unbeatable training to continue career development
We are looking for an individual who is able to provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ideally 5 + years experience managing a busy portfolio. You must have a reliable vehicle, drivers license and current certification/licence!
