This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, switched-on Project Coordinator to join the incredibly busy NSW team for a leading national signage manufacturer. Whether it be the CBD sky signage you see lit up in the night sky, way finding signage at a busy transport hub or branded signage for well-known retail brands; this company is the go-to for the manufacture and install on these projects. They’ve been in the business for more than half a century for a reason.

The Role

As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in the NSW team by supporting the three Project Manager’s across the state’s projects. You could be working on major transport projects, doing signing for a major retailer or coordinating the install of a new CBD sky sign; however a day in your role will look like:

• Completing and compiling construction documentation – ITC’s, ITP’s etc.
• Receiving, processing, and sending PO’s
• Running reports and coordinating with the Project Managers
• Collating important information in order to ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork
• Assisting the PM’s with project management work where necessary

About You

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or signage setting
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and drive
• Computer literate with strong basic Excel skills
• Experience with Epicor or another ERP system preferable
