Description:

The role is a Fixed Term - Full Time role ensuring that the onboarding program is documented, managed and that all stakeholders are clear on roles and responsibilities in the onboarding process.

The team will be based in Sydney (Flexible Working Arrangements Provided) however you will be required to travel to different sites on request.

The Role:

  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of BGIS apprenticeship programs.
  • Oversee the training competencies required to undertake their apprenticeship in a skilled, safe and effective manner.
  • Facilitate performance reviews in consultation with the Service Line Managers and TAFE to ensure apprentice is progressing to plan
  • Manage the Company's onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for all new comers.
  • Showcase our apprenticeship program to the industry to help with the continuation of new apprentices to the team

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in co-ordinating employee programs such as onboarding, inductions and/ or other training programs
  • The ability to work with and communicate across all levels
  • Demonstrated Customer First mindset
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Qualifications:

  • Desirable but not essential - Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business administration, or relevant
