Your Team
The ATO Reporting Team is positioned in Customer Operations Support team within CFS Operations. As the Senior Manager ATO Reporting, you play a crucial role to lead and manage the ATO Reporting team, providing guidance and support as needed, to ensure our business commitment to meet our regulatory obligations and taxation reporting is met.
The Senior Manager - ATO Reporting, reports directly to the Director - Operations Support.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring all team tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ensure the appropriate levels of control framework are in place to manage.
- Successful implementation of strategic priorities relating to the division and Business,
- Ensure services and relationships to internal and external stakeholders are delivered in an effective and efficient manner,
- Support team members in the delivery of their key performance indicators through the 1:1 process.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the business.
- Participate in the identification and delivery of ad-hoc projects and internal developments to enhance overall efficiency.
- Participate in planning and delivery of key projects within CFSIL.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay current on industry best practices and obligations and implement practices within the team.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience in Australian Wealth Management ideally with good exposure to ATO reporting within Superannuation environment.
- Sound background in interpreting legislation and reporting specifications and using that knowledge to ensure compliance to obligations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management and customers.
- Proven management and organisational skills.
- Delivered improvement or compliance initiatives.
- Industry-specific knowledge in ATO regulatory reporting/matters.
