We are seeking a Marketing and Student Recruitment officer, who will be responsible for key agent management, student recruitment, and marketing activities in Sydney Campus.
Part-time or Full-time positions are available.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Ability to use of your prior experience in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities in target markets for enrolment growth
- Actively involve activities including relationship management, partnerships, and business development activities.
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by agents.
- Attending Expo’s and Deliver presentations to and as applicable to each sales channel
- Working as part of a team in the development of all marketing collateral.
- Enrolments: Supporting with admission team to process International Student enrolments
- Communicating new product developments and promotional information to Education agents and clients
- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about agents and each sales channel.
- Updating the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
- Ensuring a positive experience when connecting with partners regarding work placement allocations; assisting clients as required in regards to complaints, suggestions and additional training requirements.
- Social media contributions
Desirable skills and qualifications for this role:
- Minimum 12 months is required. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have experience in CRICOS registered education provider
- Have network of local and international Education Agents.
- Familiar with ESOS Act 2000
- Intrinsically self-motivated and advanced self-management skills
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills, and an ability to effectively establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Dedication, self-motivation, tenacity and awareness
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of an established team

Pay: $55,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
