Description:
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our team! This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required, although experience in recruitment or hospitality would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating recruitment processes for multiple positions
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Posting job ads and managing job listings
- Working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Maintaining accurate candidate records
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but experience in recruitment or hospitality is preferred
- Must have a legal right to work in Australia and be paying taxes
- Familiarity with superannuation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
