Fantastic TEMP opportunity for 2 x Accounts Payable Officer to join a fast-pace team working for one of QLD's leading healthcare provider!
Our client is a well-known QLD based healthcare provider offering a diverse range of support for a significant number of the local population. They are currently seeking 2 x Accounts Payable Officer to join their exceptional and fast-paced team for a duration of 3 - 6 months.About the Role
The primary focus of this role will be on ensuring the high-volume of invoice entry be accurate and correct. You will be responsible for contacting suppliers to ensure correct invoice format and submission. Additional responsibilities include:
- Accurately enter and process a high volume of invoices into accounting system.
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any invoice discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by reporting manager.
About You
- MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
- 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of invoices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Basware and Coupa systems is highly desired but not a must. provided.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
