A highly successful technology company based in Brisbane CBD is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a role which offers excellent benefits and conditions and also the opportunity for 2 days per week work from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process supplier invoices utilising automated processes.
- Process payments in accordance with payment terms
- Manage the AP inbox
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Undertake payroll processing- full support and training provided
- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams
- Assist with end of month processes relating to AP and payroll
- Contribute to further enhancement and streamlining of processes
Your experience and attributes:
- Prior experience in accounts payable
- Strong time management
- Keen to learn and expand your skills
- Keen to work in a dynamic and fast paced business
