Description:
This stable and financially secure company located on the Inner West side of Brisbane requires a highly motivated Accounts Payable Officer.
The role is a stand alone, although processes and procedures are efficient and it's not a high volume processing position. It is expected you will be a self-starter, and a team player with a minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be :
- Processing supplier invoices including data entry.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Preparing payment runs for approval.
- Taking calls and resolving issues with suppliers.
- Aged Creditor reports with commentary.
- Experience of Xero will be helpful.
