Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to deliver improved management of significant safety risks, ensuring clear differentiation between high-consequence risks and common injury/claim risks
  • Work with key stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement in people capability and S&S culture, and effective application of due diligence processes and performance reporting
  • ·Analysis of risks and development of improvement plans in line with DuluxGroup and S&S Strategies
  • Coordination of health and hygiene assessments, working with S&S Coordinator – Occupational Health
  • Management of regulatory and licensing compliance
