This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, proactive and highly organised individual, who has faultless attention to detail and well developed written skills which compliment their exemplary administrative skills, enabling them to provide executive support to the Project Director of the Kempsey Armidale Road Restoration Project.

The Role

The Executive Officer is the primary contact for the office of the Project Director and provides a broad range of executive and administrative support. The role is responsible for efficiently assessing, analysing and prioritising requests to the Project Director, ensuring a high level of project related, professional and confidential support.

The position is required to model a positive and collaborative culture, fostering strong relationships across all levels of Council and with external stakeholders.
