Regional Australia Bank (RAB) is seeking a strong communicator with great planning and administration skills. This role reports to the Executive Assistant and contributes to the overall efficiency of the executive office.

About You
You are diligent, discreet, professional, able to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage deadlines. You ensure a high level of attention to detail with precise diary management, scheduling of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Your communication skills and adeptness in handling multiple projects come second nature to you.
You have a positive and can-do mindset where no task is too big or small, and have mastered Microsoft Office suite, especially showing advanced proficiency in Outlook and solid skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting personal as they arrive in reception
- Arranging and setting up onsite meetings on behalf of the Execuitve
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Diary management for the Executive.
- Travel coordination, both domestic and international.
- Minute-taking where required.
- Expense management
- Supporting the Executive assistant with keeping accountability for Executive action items.
- Maintaining an organised filing system.
