$85,902 includes salary ($76,365 pro-rata), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals with current industry knowledge and experience in Social Housing and Homelessness to join our team based in the West region. This is a temporary part-time role for 3 days per week up to March 2025. It centres around Moodle content management and student support. The successful candidate will understand online learning and platforms for this mode of delivery.

Working within a team of industry professionals, the ESO is supervised by the Head Teacher and responsible for a range of activities that support learners and enhances the student learning experience.

Note : This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment .

About You

We are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who meet the following Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification of Certificate III in a Community Services related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in relevant Industry (two years plus, gained in the last five years).
  • Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline.
  • Commitment and ability to support learning in an adult environment and a demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage students
  • Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies
