The Role
The role of the Systems Officer within the Information Communication and Technologies (ICT) Corporate Services branch is to provide business assistance and support services to internal and external stakeholders of the Department of Training and Workforce Development, including Registered Training Organisations, Service Centres. The role also provides systems administration and access control, supporting project and research-based activities and implementation of change strategies associated with specialist ICT Corporate Systems.

To be successful in this role will ideally have experience in problem resolution, process review, system testing, and ICT application support, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement. You will play a vital part in the team by addressing service requests, resolving complex issues, and handling business inquiries effectively.
