The Role:
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, keeping abreast of legislative changes.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead performance management processes and initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and succession planning.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the transport and logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
