Description:
key areas of responsibility include:
- Business Partnering and providing high quality support
- Leading and mentoring two HR Professionals
- Interpreting Enterprise Agreements
- Represent the organisation at Fair Work
- Key focus on Safety and Quality
Requirements:
You will have a strong HR Generalist background and critical to this role is at least five years experience in employee/workplace relations in a medium to large organisation. You will also have a strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and relevant employment laws.
