Job Description : Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated and proactive Client Relations Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia on a part-time, remote basis.
As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but a strong work ethic and drive to succeed are essential.Responsibilities : - Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Implementing client engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Providing support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.- Conducting regular client feedback surveys to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing client data and trends to inform strategic initiatives and decision-making.Requirements : - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
