Job Description : eBay is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to eBay users while working remotely.
Responsibilities : 1. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, issues, and escalations.
2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide a positive customer experience.3.
Utilize company resources to accurately and efficiently address customer needs and inquiries.4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.
7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.Requirements : 1.
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a remote or call center setting.2. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and creative problem-solving skills.4. Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
5. Proficiency in using technology and various customer service platforms.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
