Description:

AECOM is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients around the world.

Responsibilities : 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.2.

Resolving customer issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries.5. Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience.

6. Utilizing critical thinking skills to problem-solve and find solutions for complex customer issues.7. Demonstrating project management skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

8. Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and KPIs.9. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements : 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.7. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is preferred.
