Job Description : Duke Energy is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities : 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, account information, and problem resolution.

2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.3. Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and concerns.5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

6. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

8. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Requirements : 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4.

Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions.5. Strategic thinking and planning skills to effectively handle customer inquiries.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.7. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
