Job Description : We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Comcast in Perth, Western Australia.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities : 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and escalations.
4. Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.5. Handle online sales inquiries and assist with product recommendations.
6. Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support.
8. Provide regular reports and feedback to management on client satisfaction and performance metrics.Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
