H Harvey Prestige is one of the largest purpose-built accident repair centres in South East Queensland and is accredited by Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bentley, Tesla and Lexus.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Officer/Training Coordinator to join the team at H Harvey Prestige, Upper Coomera.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration and training support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

Previous experience within the prestige automotive sector essential.

Role responsibilities

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Coordinating bookings and maintaining OEM training records and reports
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the H Harvey Prestige experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs


Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service or Service Advisor position within the automotive sector
  • Knowledge and awareness of OEM Methods
  • Previous experience in automotive training courses/ bookings
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
