Position Overview:
We are currently hiring for the positions of Waiter/Waitress/Bartender to assist in providing outstanding service to our customers. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across our diverse range of restaurants, each offering unique culinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to company standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workspaces
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (for Bartender position)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
