Role Overview:
As an Air Conditioning Site Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing our commercial and residential air conditioning projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing on-site operations, ensuring air conditioning installations are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with site foremen, air conditioning technicians, builders, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct management and oversight of air conditioning projects, ensuring operational excellence and quality control.
- Regular liaison with site foremen, air conditioning technicians, builders, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Interpretation of plans and technical drawings to guide precise air conditioning installations.
- Accurate quoting and budget management for air conditioning projects, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols specific to air conditioning installations on-site.
- Schedule and coordinate air conditioning project tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership and development of project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
- Demonstrable experience in managing air conditioning projects within the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and their application in commercial and residential settings.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple air conditioning projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- A robust understanding of construction industry safety and quality regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC, air conditioning, or mechanical engineering are preferred.
