Site ManagerSix Degrees Executive has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, to join the team of a bespoke multi-residential builder on the Gold Coast. This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity, with the potential for future employment opportunities due to a strong project pipeline. In this role you will be leading a high performing team, driving the delivery of an extremely high-end, luxurious apartment building.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, including the subcontractors to ensure they adhere to the project schedule.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety on-site requirements.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with building regulations, planning permission and company policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a site manager, working on high-end multi-residential projects ranging from $25mil + in value.
- Strong level of construction knowledge, best practices, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- QBCC supervisors license and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Proven experience with trade coordination / scheduling and program management.
- Relevant trade-based qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
