Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Construction/Refurbishments
Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction and refurbishment project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will lead a team of professionals and subcontractors, overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute construction/refurbishment activities according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
