Do Work that Matters

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

  • Concierge and welcome calls
  • Missed payments and early-intervention collections
  • Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have part- time positions (25 hours per week) available, working 3pm - 8pm, 5 days a week.

  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Tuesday - Saturday

We have start dates available in May & June

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the Sydney South Eveleigh office.

Hours and training

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

  • Available to work your allocated shift (25 hours per week) for at least 12 months before changing your hours.
  • Available to work from the Sydney Eveleigh office, once a fortnight. Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability.
  • Training will commence with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for the first 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm. Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
  • Available to commence on 20th May 2024 or 17th June 2024.
  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
