We are currently seeking a Service Projects Site Manager to work out of our North Ryde, NSW office.

Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor the primary responsibility of Service Projects Site Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned projects.

The Service Projects Site Manager will be responsible in the planning and management of on-site activities including services coordination, site installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall responsibility of the site activities, subcontractor, and supplier performance onsite in accordance with the subcontract.
  • Detailed planning, scheduling, and sequencing of installation and commissioning works to ensure project milestones are achieved onsite.
  • Assist Project Manager with the assessment of subcontractor and supplier variation claims.
  • Drive the onsite project team to minimize the cost of labor in delivering a successful project through efficient delivery with minimal defects and rework.
  • Assist PM with the monitoring of progress of resources onsite. Raise early of under-performers and assist with providing detail task list if required.
  • Responsible for a maintaining the project Safety Plan and EH&S responsibilities for the project site.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous exposure to a complex site base, construction environment
  • Proven track record in a project engineering capacity
  • Understanding of Honeywell systems, methodologies, and procedures - TBA where applicable
  • Practical knowledge of one or more of the following: EBI, PLCs, CCTV, alarm systems, Access Control systems, HVAC systems, BMS.
  • Trade Certificate in any discipline is essential.
  • NV1 Security Clearance or eligibility to get one (Australian Citizenship) is an advantage.
