Description:
Site Manager for a $4m architectural build in the eastern Suburbs (Vaucluse).
The Company- High-end home builder specialising in large-scale renovations, extensions and new builds.
- Their typical build values range from $2mk to $10m.
- Build locations typically include Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Mosman and Northbridge.
- The Site Manager / Foreman will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish.
- You be required to work closely with the Project Manager.
- salary between $130,000 and $160,000 plus super.
- Site management of trades.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing high-end residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions.
