Junior Property Manager - Newtown AreaWorking with a prestigious brand, from their modern, clean and friendly high end office, with 2 days work from home, this is an opportunity for someone to join a friendly team as a Junior Property Manager!
Working with a collaborative team of 20+ staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for!
This position has become available as our client is looking at growing & expanding the team.
Day to say you will sit beside and be trained by an experienced Property Manager, learn how to manage your own portfolio of residential homes and apartments around Sydney's inner suburbs.
This opportunity will suit someone who has been an Assistant Property Manager or Receptionist stepping up into a more senior role in Real Estate!
JOB DUTIES:
- Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Manage accounts, rent collections and tenant notices.
- Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants.
- Maintain organised and updated resident files and records.
- Report any problems or issues to the property manager.
- Plenty of opportunities to learn from other senior property mangers in the office.
- Build and nurture relationships with tenants & landlords.
WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $65,000 - $75,000 + Super + Commissions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate Certificate to work as a Property Manager
- Property management experience or eager to start a career in property management
- Well presented and spoken skills
