The Company:
Forming a part of an incredibly successful boutique franchise network, this leading team is a multi-office business that has built an incredible corporate culture and has all systems in place to streamline this role
Your New Role:
Leading a POD or team responsible for the management of 350+ properties, where Leasing, Admin and Inspections are taken off your hands, you will be focused primarily on the landlord side, including:
- Landlord liaising & communication
- Gaining approval for repairs and any spend from landlords
- Conduct final bond inspections
- Oversee a Leasing Executive and Junior Property Manager
- Undertake lease renewals and rent increases
- Provide guidance and coaching to your team
- Contribute to ideas for the business and participate in the wider team culture
- Tribunal / NCAT hearings if required
The Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ property management experience
- Ideally be able to demonstrate successful management of others
- Strong communication skills and a positive “can do” attitude
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- A car and drivers license
