Description:
WESCO International is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include : 1. Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requests are met.5. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
6. Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following requirements : 1.
Strong communication and presentation skills.2. Excellent problem-solving abilities.3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Experience in a similar customer service role preferred.
