The Opportunity

E4 is a high performing healthcare recruitment agency specialising in Aged Care, Regional and Remote Nursing for over 12 years.
We’re looking for a full-time Accounts Officer to join our Operations team. You’ll be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting, bank reconciliations, invoicing, timesheets, and general bookkeeping tasks.

Who are we looking for?

You have some experience in an Accounts Position or similar, and have worked with accounting and payroll systems – experience with Xero and Astute is preferable but not essential. As someone who is highly organised, you have exceptional attention to detail and data management is really important to you. As an accounts allrounder, you’ll be able to wear multiple hats, bringing a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to work every day.
