The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance Shared Services team and ultimately be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function across the Dexus group. Reporting into the General Manager, Finance Shared Services - you will lead an engaged team and work closely with our partners to deliver accurate and timely processing of payable invoices, onboard and maintain vendors and suppliers and management of employee expenses. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for the invoice lifecycle within the Dexus ERP system and continually review and improve processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations. You will make an impact by:
  • Leading a high-performing team of experience accounts payable professionals and contribute to their ongoing growth, learning and development
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, to resolve payment related issues and enquiries
  • Enhancing and maintaining efficient payable processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Reviewing and approving payments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of vendor master data within the Dexus systems
About You The ideal candidate will present a strong track record of experience in an Accounts Payable role and minimum 5 years’ experience in leading high-performing, collaborative and engaged teams. Partnered with strong communication skills, you will showcase the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels and demonstrate proactive approach to management. You will relish the opportunity to problem solve and drive efficiencies through a continuous improvement mindset.
