Accounts Payable Manager

Description:

Manage the Accounts Payable and Finance operations team for Motorserve. Also providing a professional & efficient service to our clients & customers.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our Motorserve team based in Alexandria on a hybrid model.

• Managing the AP Automation space and making sure that all the systems are working properly with any issues raised and resolved in a timely manner.
• Managing a team of 2 to 3 people, ensuring smooth operations and no overdue invoices or supplier complaints.
• To pro-actively build working relationships with the business operational cost centre managers to meet the operational needs of the business from a processing perspective;
• Developing new processes and procedures, in line with appropriately communicated goals and strategies;
• Timely delivery of accurate high quality reports to assist Management in decision making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Qualification in a relevant business discipline
• Experience with RAPID AP or any invoice automation system will be an advantage.
• A valid Australian Drivers’ license
